Reaching Across the World Ministries

Who We Are

Reaching Across the World is a new ministry that reaches out to souls across the world by assisting those who suffer with and/or are at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS. We also assist those who have issues around chemical dependency, crime, mental health, domestic violence, poverty, and many of the other strongholds that affect our communities.

RAWM assist those whom were formerly incarcerated and now seek to become re-acclimated into society with housing, employment and educational opportunities. Pastor and Lady Ferrand provide some services via referrals.

Reaching Across the World Ministries provides summer youth camp/employment and childcare services that include recreational/educational activities, meals, etcetera for low income families; Sunday school at 10:00 am, Sunday Worship 11:00 am; Wednesday night Bible Teaching 7:30pm; and we have a children's choir.

Professional CASAC trainings are regularly conducted at the Site and all trainings are approved by the NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services.

Pastor Ferrand conducts bi-weekly presentations at Queenboro Correctional Facility to prisoners who are about to be released back into society.

RAWM is an affiliate of the Temple of Blessings Family Worship Center; New Day International Church, where Bishop David, W. Grayson, Jr. is the Pastor. RAWM is in affiliation with the Minds in Motion (MIM) organization where Mr. Aubry Padmore is the Founder.

RAWM's vision is uplifting humanity one soul at a time through Jesus Christ.

RAWM's mission is to provide faith-based human services programs that are geared towards reducing the socio-cultural ills effecting humanity.

RAWM was incorporated in September of 2000 and received its 501 © 3 in 2001.

RAWM obtained its first independent site at 1237 DeKalb Avenue, August 2003.

RAWM began by providing bible classes in 2000 to two children in a co-op, while still attending Temple of Blessing (COGIC). One year later, Pastor Ferrand began having worship services in his home for its members.

Future services will include feeding, clothing and providing homes to those in need. Writing and performing plays and skits, praise dancing, piano/music theory lessons, conducting conferences, and establishing a community Choir, as well as hosting gospel extravaganzas

RAWM specializes in providing counseling that reduce recidivism and relapse amongst those whom were formerly incarcerated and/or formerly chemically dependent, anger management, and HIV/AIDS education, intervention and prevention.

Pastor and Lady Ferrand both obtained their Master's Degree in the field of human services and administration. Pastor Ferrand conducts bi-weekly presentations at Queenboro Correctional Facility to prisoners who are about to be released back into society.

Those interested in becoming apart of the ministry in any capacity please contact us at 718-453-4714 or on the web. Finally, we seek to network and collaborate with other faith-based and community-based organizations for the purpose of organizing, galvanizing, strategizing and revitalizing the movement that Jesus Christ left behind.

Reaching Across the World Ministries is a non-denominational, IRS 501c( 3) not-for-profit faith-based organization.
